Birthday You Enter: A date of birth you enter in the App. It is used only on your device to calculate your zodiac sign, and is never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never analyzed (see Section 3.2).

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

Your generated music and your preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain copies of your personal creations on our servers.

3.2 Your Birthday Stays on Your Device

The birthday you enter is used only on your device to determine your zodiac sign. It is never uploaded to our servers or to any third-party service, never stored, and never analyzed. To create your music, the App sends only a short, non-personal text prompt describing a zodiac-themed musical style — your birthday is not included.

3.3 AI Processing

When you generate a song, a non-personal text prompt describing a zodiac-themed musical style is processed through secure AI services including Replicate and Cloudflare AI to create the audio and its cover art. These prompts contain no personal information and are used solely for generation.

3.4 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

Encrypted data transmission
Secure API connections
Regular security audits
Limited data retention policies

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Replicate: For AI music generation processing
Cloudflare AI: For additional AI processing and optimization
Apple StoreKit: For subscription management and payment processing
Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements (free tier users only)
Apple CloudKit: For optional iCloud backup (if enabled by user)

Your generated music and preferences remain on your device until you choose to delete them. Analytics data is anonymized and retained for a maximum of 90 days. We do not retain any personal data on our servers.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your residence, which may have different data protection rules.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
